How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Contrastsaved Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If you did not get one, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How Contrastsaved Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Contrastsaved Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@contrastsaved.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. We will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
